There may also be less furniture in the suburbs, because quite a lot of families have their own furniture that they want to use. However, kitchen furniture with basic appliances must always be installed.
Functional furniture could be used in smaller apartments. For example, in the case of one-room apartments, you could use a pull-out sofa and, if possible, a larger wardrobe or closet to store things in.
Additional values help to find a tenant faster
If the apartment is intended for a younger target group, it could also be equipped with dishes, pots and pans. It adds value to the apartment if everything is already there and the person does not have to make additional expenses when moving in.
Attention could also be paid to smaller details, such as flowers, linens, plaids and smaller interior elements that create a cozier feeling. It creates a more homely atmosphere, and thanks to this, the apartment finds tenants faster.
However, dishes, blankets and other added values are especially important for apartments that are rented out for a short period of time.

In order for the rental apartment you offer to be competitive in the real estate market, furnish it simply, but with high quality, and design it in bright and neutral colors. Be sure to try to avoid gaudy shades, hard-to-clean materials, and irrelevant or worn-out pieces of furniture and appliances.
