Infrared heating panels are installed in the apartments, which heat the room evenly.

PARKING AND STORAGE

You can park in the surrounding streets – with a Tallinn resident card, parking costs only 120 EUR/year. Storage space is not included with this apartment.

The apartment is located in the city center, everything you need is close at hand.
There is a tram stop, city bus stops, schools, shopping centers and the city center nearby.

In order to conclude a rental agreement, you must pay:
