APARTMENT

When you enter the apartment, the first door from the hall is the bathroom. On the left hand side are the bedrooms in a row, where one room has a balcony. The windows are at the back and side of the house. Since it is an end apartment, additional windows provide more light. Directly from the hall we reach the living room, which also has a kitchen corner at the back end. The windows remain in front of the house.
The apartment is in neutral light colors and is looking forward to a new resident who will make the apartment their new home.

PARKING AND STORAGE

There is a car parking area in front of the house, where there are no fixed places. So you can park if there are free spaces. You can also use the lockable and warm storage space in the basement.

CONDITIONS:

Upon signing the contract, the tenant must pay a deposit in the amount of one month’s rent, the first month’s rent and a contract fee in the amount of one month’s rent with VAT (675 +22%). Total: 2173,50 euros.
